I'm Westyn Hilliard, a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and Machine Learning enthusiast. I use AI to solve real-world problems and simplify decision-making—especially through automation, OCR, and speech-based tools.
At UPS, I built systems that optimize freight flow using AI and OCR to extract routing codes from shipping labels, and developed an STT → Gemini → TTS pipeline to streamline trailer and bay assignments. I have also worked on RAG pipelines, specializing in text and table extraction from PDF's.
In addition to corporate work, I founded Knoxline Systems , which partners with small businesses on a contract basis—helping them optimize workflows, implement SOPs, integrate systems, and uncover data-driven insights. I specialize in using numbers to increase efficiency, clarity, and profitability across operations.
Outside of work, I enjoy lifelong learning, exploring the outdoors of East Tennessee, and building tools that help small businesses run smoother. You’ll usually find me playing pickleball, running, or spending time with family.
